General terms and conditions
The Service Provider reserves all rights to the entire content on www.ohlive.hu for all parts thereof. The website is protected by copyright in the 1999 LXXVI. copyright law, including the "Oh! Live" and the www.ohlive.hu domain name. Any content may be received or used only with the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
Conversely, unauthorized use will result in legal consequences!
Please be advised that you, as a consumer, use the website available at www.ohlive.hu or register to acknowledge and accept the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC). If you are a customer or user of our webshop, please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. Use our services only if you agree with all your points and consider them binding.
This document is only available in electronic form. A contract governed by the following conditions is governed by the Civil Code. (Act V of 2013) is considered to be a distance contract.

- By purchasing or by entering the Webshop you agree to the terms of this General Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, a contract is concluded between the Service Provider and the user of www.ohlive.hu, which is fully covered by this GTC. You must accept the terms of this before finalizing your order.
- If the user does not accept the terms and conditions of the GTC, he / she will not be able to use the services of the Webshop and will not be able to place an order.
- Within the framework of the law, the Service Provider is entitled to change the provisions of this GTC, which are valid from its appearance on the website (but do not affect the orders already submitted). Therefore, we recommend reading the GTC before each purchase.
- In matters not regulated by this GTC, the applicable Hungarian legislation, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Codeor a 45/2014. (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the undertaking provisions of this Directive. In the event of any legal defect or invalidity, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
Online Purchase Contract:
- If the user places an order through the Webshop and the service provider confirms the order by e-mail, an online sales contract is concluded between the buyer (consumer) and the Service Provider. (If the order confirmation email is not received by the buyer within 48 hours, the buyer will be exempt from the offer obligation, will not be obliged to buy the ordered product, use the service.)
- The User accepts that the contract thus concluded shall be deemed to be a distance contract, which is governed by the provisions of this GTC and is governed by Hungarian law.
- The contract is terminated by the mutual fulfillment of the services.
The language of the contract
The language of these General Terms and Conditions is Hungarian.
In the event of a discrepancy between the Hungarian and English versions of this Agreement, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
Products to buy
The essential features of the products you can buy in the Webshop can be viewed by users on the product presentation pages, which can be accessed by clicking on the products indicated in the "SHOP". In addition, olive oil is generally available under the "About olive oil" tab and by clicking on the "Producer" tab.
Warning: The information in this product specification is provided for information only and is not intended to be exhaustive. The images displayed may differ from the actual ones, and in some cases are only for illustration.
Displayed products can only be ordered online through the Webshop, with delivery by courier and in some cases and on occasions for personal pick-up.
The prices shown in the Webshop are both gross and net prices (due to subjective tax exemption), we have already fulfilled our statutory VAT payment obligation, but the prices do not include home delivery and delivery fees. For more information on shipping costs, see the "Shipping Information" section or the "FAQ".
No separate packaging costs will be charged.
Proceeding with a wrong price
In some cases (for technical reasons, for example), it may be that the price is incorrect, or the operator may indicate a defective price - in spite of the care it expects - with the product in the Webshop. In this case, we are unable to sell the product at a wrong price and, even if confirmed, do not qualify for acceptance of the offer, so there is no contract between the user and the Service Provider. In such cases, we offer you the real price instead of the wrong price, which you may refuse to claim on the basis of unilateral withdrawal from the contract.
The process of ordering
Note: Registration is not required to place an order.
- You can place the product in your cart by clicking on the cart / "Add to Cart" button
Just browse and click on any of the products you want to add to your cart. You can choose the product and decide how many items you want to buy. Click the "Add to Cart" button and the product will be added to the cart. Please note that the product is not currently purchased and can be removed from the cart at any time.
- Edit the contents of the cart, finalize the order
You can check and edit the contents of your cart using the 'cart menu'. You have the opportunity to view and modify the quantity of items you want to order from the cart and delete the entire contents of your cart. If you want to pay, click the "Go to the cashier" button to finalize your order and fill in the necessary information to complete the purchase.
- Confirmation email
Once you have finalized your order, we will send you an email confirmation email containing your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, your order has not been accepted. In this case, please contact us via the contact details provided.
Once your order has been processed, your product will be shipped and notified via email.
Our visitors have the opportunity to register on the site, but this is not a condition for shopping in the Webshop. After registration, you can log in using your email address and password. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate user registration without any reason. By pressing the "Registration button", the customer definitely and irrevocably declares that he has read, understood, acknowledged and acknowledged the GTC and the Privacy Notice.

Processing your order
Orders are processed continuously, but usually by email after the order is placed backWe will stifle your offer to create a sales contract between you and the Service Provider.
After the order is placed, the buyer is bound for 48 hours. The buyer will then be exempt from the obligation to bid if the Service Provider fails to confirm the offer within 48 hours.
If the product is not in stock, you will not be able to place your order. In such cases, we try to get the product you want to buy as quickly as possible, but it can take up to several weeks.
Note: We do not accept any liability for any changes to the ordered product due to prior notice to the supplier or for reasons beyond its control. But we will do our best to inform our customers properly.
How to order the ordered products
Please note that you can order online via the Webshop using one of the following payment methods:
- bank card payment is available to the listed valid cardholders via the Barion system: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express
- a cash on delivery option is also available to our customers at a fee of +249 Ft.
Online bank card payments are made through the Barion system. The credit card information does not reach the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt is an institution under the supervision of the National Bank of Hungary and the number of its authorization is H-EN-I-1064/2013.
All forms of payment are secure, but be sure to use a secure internet connection.
Includes all costs of ordering the final payment. The electronic time stamped invoice will be delivered to our customers only by e-mail after confirmation. We ask that you check the package on delivery, before the delivery, and if you have any damage or shortage on the products, ask for the record and do not take the package. We cannot accept a post-minutes complaint without a record.
We currently only ship within Hungary. The logistics of the purchased products are provided by our partner, iLogistic Kft., With the help of GLS Courier Service, FoxPost and Express One.
Our shipping charges are as follows: (prices include VAT)
- Home delivery: 1490 Ft;
- GLS Package: 1490 Ft;
- FoxPost machine: 990 Ft.
- For purchases over 15,000 HUF, FREE shipping.
We inform our customers that in the case of cash on delivery, in all cases HUF 249 will be charged.
In the case of products in stock, the purchased products will be delivered within 3-5 working days after confirmation.
For our products, the overall delivery deadline is approximately 5 business days from the order confirmation. However, the delivery deadline is for information only. By accepting this GTC, you acknowledge that the Service Provider excludes liability for damage caused by exceeding the specified delivery time.
In the case of unpacked, returned packages, the return shipping fee is always charged to the customer. We can initiate the resend of the package only after this cost has been settled.
The reality of the data provided
Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate, as the invoice will be issued and the product purchased will be delivered. You can change your data before finalizing your order.
The Service Provider reserves the right to expose the Customer to damages and costs resulting from inaccurate, inaccurate data entry, and excludes any liability in connection therewith.
Complaint handling and enforcement

The Service Provider will immediately examine the oral complaint and remedy it as necessary. The Service Provider shall provide a written, substantive response to the written complaint within thirty days of its receipt, and possibly justify its rejection of the complaint.

Customers have the opportunity to complain about goods or services purchased online and to resolve any disputes through an independent dispute resolution body.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without justification.
The cancellation / notice period expires 14 days after the date of receipt of the product by you or a third party other than the carrier.

Effects of withdrawal / cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund, without delay, but not later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation declaration, any consideration you have paid, including shipping costs (excluding any additional costs incurred by us in providing us with The method of payment used for the refund is the same as the one used in the original transaction, unless you expressly consent to the use of another payment method; Due to the application of this refund method you will not incur any additional costs.

In which case do you have the right to warranty?
In the event of a faulty performance of the Service Provider (* business name), you may enforce a claim against the company in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.
What rights do you have on your warranty claim?
You - at your option - have the following warranty claims:
You may request a repair or replacement unless the fulfillment of any of the requirements you choose is impossible or would result in a disproportionate additional cost for the business to meet your other needs. If you did not request or have been asked for repair or replacement, you may claim a proportionate delivery of the consideration or you may correct it at the expense of your business or repair it, or, in the end, terminate the contract.
You can also switch from your chosen warranty right to another, but you will bear the cost of the transition, unless it was justified or the business gave cause.
What is the deadline for enforcing your warranty claim?
You must disclose the error immediately after discovering it, but not later than within two months of the discovery. At the same time, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that you may not enforce your warranty rights beyond the two-year limitation period after the performance of the contract.

Within six months of delivery, the warranty claim is not subject to the condition that the Service or the Service is provided by the Service Provider (* Company Name). In which cases can you exercise your product warranty rights?
In the event of a defective item (product), you may, at your option, enforce your rights under the warranty or product warranty claim.
What are your rights under your product warranty claim?
As a product warranty claim, you may only request the repair or replacement of the defective product.
In which case is the product considered defective?
The product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements of the product when it is placed on the market, or if it does not have the properties given in the manufacturer's description.
What is the deadline for enforcing your product warranty claim?
You may enforce your product warranty claim within two years of the product being marketed by the manufacturer. At the end of this period, he will lose his entitlement.
To whom and under what other conditions can you claim your product warranty claim?
You may only exercise your product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable item. You must prove that the product is defective when claiming product warranty.
In what case is the manufacturer (distributor) exempted from the product warranty obligation?
The manufacturer (distributor) is only exempted from product liability if he can prove that:
- the product was not manufactured or marketed in the course of its business, or
- the error was not recognizable at the time of placing on the market, according to the state of the art and technology
- the defect of the product arises from the application of legislation or mandatory regulatory requirements.
The manufacturer (distributor) has enough reason to prove the exemption.
Please note that due to the same error, you may not enforce warranty claims and product warranty claims simultaneously. However, in the event of effective enforcement of your product warranty claim, you may enforce the warranty claim for the replaced product or repaired part against the manufacturer.
