Frequently Asked Questions
If you want to add any product to your cart, you can place the product in your cart by clicking on the cart / "Add to Cart" button, but this does not mean buying the product.
You can check and edit the contents of your cart using the 'cart menu'. If you want to pay, click the "Go to the cashier" button to finalize your order and fill in the necessary information to complete the purchase.
Once you have finalized your order, we will send you an email confirmation email containing your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, your order has not been accepted. In this case, please contact us via the contact details provided.
Once your order has been processed, your product will be shipped and notified via email.
Please note that you can order online via the Webshop using one of the following payment methods:
- Payment by credit card is available to the owners of the listed valid credit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express
- a cash on delivery option is also available to our customers at a fee of +249 Ft.
Online bank card payments are made through the Barion system. The credit card information does not reach the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt is an institution under the supervision of the National Bank of Hungary and the number of its authorization is H-EN-I-1064/2013.
All forms of payment are secure, but be sure to use a secure internet connection.
Includes all costs of ordering the final payment. The electronic time stamped invoice will be delivered to our customers only by e-mail after confirmation.
We currently only ship within Hungary. The logistics of the purchased products are provided by our partner, iLogistic Ltd., with the assistance of Sprinter Courier Service, FoxPost and Express One.
Our shipping charges are as follows:
- Home delivery: 1590 HUF;
- Pick Pack Point: 1390 HUF;
- FoxPost machine: 1090 HUF.
- For purchases over 15,000 HUF, FREE shipping.
We inform our customers that in case of cash on delivery, we always charge +249 HUF.
The purchased products will be delivered within 2-3 business days after confirmation. However, the delivery deadline is for information only.
In the case of unpacked, returned packages, the return shipping fee is always charged to the customer. We can initiate the resend of the package only after this cost has been settled.
Our policy is that we will not be able to redeem or replace the ordered products beyond the 30 calendar days following purchase.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the product (s) purchased from us may be returned unopened and free from damage, or in their original packaging and any accessories, within 30 calendar days of purchase against the purchase receipt (invoice).
As soon as we have received and verified the return, we will send you a notification email informing you of the withdrawal acknowledgment or, if appropriate, its reasoned rejection. If your application is approved, the refund will be processed and your balance will automatically be credited to your card within a certain period of time.

You are responsible for the total cost of shipping and are not refundable. In the case of a refund, the shipping cost is also deducted. For purchases of over 10,000 Ft please consider using the service provided by tracking and insurance companies, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of the product.
