The olive oil is made in Spain, Extremadura and it is assorted form Carrasqueña olives. The olives come from a farm where neither chemical fertilizers nor pesticides are used. On the harvest day they are pressed cold (at 22 degrees) with mechanical means only, thus guaranteeing the best possible quality.
Taste: slightly bitter and spicy, herbal flavor dominates

Suggested storage: Keep in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Olive oil may become slightly cloudy at temperatures below 20 ° C and white solid particles begin to form under 10 ° C. At 20 ° C the olive oil clears again. This has no effect on quality.
